Avatar, Terminator, Stan Winston and what he’s been doing for the last 12 years.In a great guest blog, Scyfi Love’s man in London Craig Grobler – aka @ckc1ne on Twitter and a top bloke all around – tells of meeting up and spending three hours in the company of James Cameron ahead of the release of his latest blockbuster, Avatar. In that time Cameron and Craig talked about the origins of his most famous creation, The Terminator, his hopes for Avatar and the technology behind it, the death of Stan Winston and what the future may hold.

The Kitsch Lounge Riot has teamed up with "The Quantum of Solace” to produce the ultimate party at Cafe De Paris on the 26th of November and what will be the "must attend event of the Season".

The show will bring together the KLR 10 piece Concert Orchestra, marshalled by our very own Joe Stilgoe, and headlined by David Mcalmont.

David recorded "Diamonds are Forever" for Bond Composer David Arnolds Seminal Album "Shaken Not Stirred". Mcalmont also co-wrote Surrender the title track (Sung by KD Lang) for "Tomorrow Never Dies" and on Friday November the 7th 2008, Mcalmont performs alongside the BBC Concert Orchestra on Radio 2 to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the birth of Bond Creator Ian Fleming.

David Mcalmont and our other special guests will guide us through the “Bond Anthology” of the last 45 years and perform a selection of the most coveted sound tracks of all time, composed by the likes of John Barry and Don Black, Burt Bacharach and Hal David, Paul McCartney and David Arnold.

The KLR is no stranger to “Bond” having produced the film premier party for "Die Another Day" and "Casino Royale" parties at the Natural History Museum and The Atlantic.

The Kitsch Lounge Riot has a “License to Thrill” So sit back cradle your glass of champagne and wallow in the indulgent nostalgia of the coolest Secret Agent on the planet!
